Blue Ridge Garden Club of Boone, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt public charity
Our mission is to encourage, promote and educate our members and the public about gardening, horticulture, and environmental awareness through community programming and the conservation of natural resources.
Cultivating Community for Over 70 Years
The Blue Ridge Garden Club has been creating and maintaining our civic gardens for 75 years. Our members volunteer at the various gardens throughout the year and support the club's efforts through a yearly membership fee.
RED WHITE AND BLUE
AUGUST 20, 2025
August meeting will be a trip to Arborcrest located in the heart of Boone. The club has secured two carts for all our members who have signed up. This is an exceptional garden, beautiful and expansive. Be there promptly at 11:00 and it will be a two hour tour. There are restrooms, and water will be provided. If you wish to bring a lunch or snack, please do. The address is located on the Calendar page. There is plenty of parking. Look for the club email that Kathryne will send out with GPS directions coming soon.

Our membership is always growing and we have room in all our gardens for more friends. The BRGC strives to celebrate the native landscape of our High Country ecosystem and create a space where gardeners of all levels and interests are invited to further make our town a more beautiful place.
